HESI A2 Exam - LC State Applicants Radiographic Science Admittance Exam

Radiographic Science Applicants:

All Radiographic Science applicants will take the HESI A2 entrance exam when applying for their program.  All required information can be found on the Nursing and Health Sciences page for the HESI A2 exam.  

The exam will be taken in the LC StateTesting Center and appointments are required.  Please contact the Testing Center to make your appointment after you have reviewed the information on the HESI Admission Assesesment web page.

Exams are given Monday - Friday during the school year, are scheduled for 5 hours, and  appointments are required.

Bring the following items with you to your exam appointment:

• Receipt for payment to Evolve for $42 (subject to change without notice)
• Receipt for $15 proctoring fee payment - made online with credit/debit card or at the LC State Cashier window in the Administration Building with cash or check
  • LC State now charges a 2.5% non-refundable service fee for credit/debit card transactions.
• Evolve user name and password
• Valid picture id
