The Lewis-Clark State College Center for Arts & History is located in the heart of historic downtown Lewiston, Idaho. The 12,000 square foot building was built in 1884 as the Vollmer Great Bargain Store and is on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Dogwood Festival is held annually celebrating arts, culture and community in the Lewis-Clark Valley. The festival is coordinated by a community of volunteers and administered by LCSC Continuing Educational & Community Events.

Dogwood Show & Shine is an official event of the Dogwood Festival. This event is held annually and takes place at Art Under the Elms.
