SUMMARY

An employee, student or community member recognizes an employee for something specific that he or she did that went "above and beyond" the expected.  A copy of this recognition is also sent to the employees' supervisor as well as the recognized employee.

Each month, a winner is drawn from the submissions received by HRS. The winner will also receive special recognition on the Intranet and monthly HRS Newsletter.  

Awardees exemplify LCSC values and promote strategic goals through:

• Superior quality of service
• Noteworthy extra effort
• Exemplary performance
• Other superior efforts that go above and beyond the expected

ELIGIBILITY

Nominees must be current benefit eligible LCSC faculty and staff from any LCSC work location and nominees may receive the award once every year.
