Emergency Information

Planning and Preparation

Planning and Preparation are important keys to ensuring your own safety and the safety of those around you. Here are some suggested tips:

Update your contact information in the LCSC information systems

Students - access WarriorWeb to make certain your addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses are current. Changes to your information can be made by simply logging in to your account and making those changes. Students should also update their family contact information to make certain that LCSC has your current email addresses and contact information to notify your family in case of an emergency. Changes to your family contact information can only be made in person, with ID, or via email to the Registrar's Office.

Staff can review their contact information by double checking the printed Personnel Directory and the online Staff Directory on the LCSC intranet page. Any changes to your personal information should be updated on your departments Emergency Phone Tree list. You should also email any address changes to Human Resource Services for payroll purposes.

Know what your role is during an emergency

If you are responsible for notifying students or emplyees in your area, know the best way to communicate with them quickly. If you are in an essential services role, know where to go and what your responsibilities are.
